.org
.net
However many of the "house" names on these
streets are already owned by someone else.
To get a "house" on .com "street" these days,
you have to have an unusual "house"
name
because all the regular names are already registered to other people.
That's why I'd suggest
that you think up several - 6 or 7 or more -
versions of the "house" name that you want.
That way
when you go to check what's available,
you will have
plenty of options to choose from.

Here are some rules to remember ...
in selecting your domain name:
- all domain names are written in lower case or common letters
- there are no spaces between the words in your name so it's
'nogo.com' not 'no go.com'
- but you can use hyphens, like 'no-go.com'
- make sure when you take the spaces out from between the words,
that the name does not look like a word you don't intend.
- and even if your name is long,
make sure it's easy to remember and easy to say.
